     Devereux Jessop Howlett was born illegitimate after 25 Apr 1791; Devereux Jessop of Debenham, bound in £100, to indemnify the parish from the maintenance of a male and a female child, born to Elizabeth Howlett and Ann Goddram, respectively, singlewomen.2 He was the son of Devereux Jessop and Elizabeth Howlett.1,2 Devereux Jessop Howlett was baptized on 2 Jul 1792 in St. Mary Magdalene, Debenham, Suffolk, England; Base child.1 He married Elizabeth Fulcher on 5 Sep 1820 in St. Nicholas, Ipswich, Suffolk, England.3 Devereux Jessop Howlett died on 6 Jun 1851.4 He was buried on 12 Jun 1851 in St. Mary Magdalene, Debenham, Suffolk, England.5
