     Samuel Harvey was born between 31 Mar 1794 and 29 Mar 1796 in Debenham, Suffolk, England.2 He married Jane Kemp on 23 May 1828 in St. Mary Magdalene, Debenham, Suffolk, England; Samuel was a Widower at the time of his marriage to JAne. Witneses were Maryann Gooding & Lionel Fairweather.1
