     Emma Huggins was born between 4 Apr 1869 and 2 Apr 1871 in Mendlesham, Suffolk, England.1 Her birth was registered in the Mar 1870 quarter in the Hartismere registration district.2 She was the daughter of Thomas Huggins and Maria Abbott.1 Emma Huggins was baptized on 15 May 1870 in St. Mary Magdalene, Debenham, Suffolk, England.3
