     William Francis Paddock was born on 8 Sep 1894 in Wing, Leighton Buzzard, Buckinghamshire, England.3 He was the son of William Peters Paddock and Katherine Louisa List.1,2 His birth was registered in the Dec 1894 quarter in the Leighton Buzzard registration district.4 William Francis Paddock died on 9 Apr 1917 in Calais, Pas De Calais, France, at age 22; died of wounds.2,5 He was buried in a Commonwealth War Grave in Duisans British Cemetery, Etrun, Calais, Pas De Calais, France; III.
