     Arthur Elton Batchelor was born between 3 Apr 1897 and 1 Apr 1899 in Norwich, Norfolk, England.2 His birth was registered in the Sep 1897 quarter in the Norwich registration district.3 He was the son of Walter Henry Batchelor and Ellen Clara Howard.1 Arthur Elton Batchelor died on 28 Apr 1917 in Calais, Pas De Calais, France, at age 19; during WW1.1 He has no known burial place, and is commemorated on a Commonwealth War Memorial on The Arras Memorial, Calais, Pas De Calais, France; Bay 4.1
