     George Gooding was born on 8 Apr 1811.1,2 He was the son of William Gooding and Elizabeth Amass.1 George Gooding was baptized on 23 Apr 1811 in St. Mary Magdalene, Debenham, Suffolk, England.1 As of 24 Jun 1834, George Gooding lived at Debenham, Suffolk, England.3 He married Emma Ringe, daughter of John Ringe and Rose Fisher, on 24 Jun 1834 in St. Mary Magdalene, Debenham, Suffolk, England; Witnesses were Amass Gooding, Sarah Ringe & Lucy Gooding.3 George Gooding died on 24 Mar 1900 at age 88.2 He was buried on 31 Mar 1900 in St. Mary Magdalene, Debenham, Suffolk, England.4
