     William Fisk was born between 31 Mar 1791 and 29 Mar 1793 in Framsden, Suffolk, England.2 He married Rebecca Barrett, daughter of John Barrett and Sarah Reynolds, on 18 Sep 1814 in St. Matthew, Ipswich, Suffolk, England.3 William Fisk died on 1 Oct 1867 in Debenham, Suffolk, England.4 He was buried on 7 Oct 1867 in The Congregational Chapel, Debenham, Suffolk, England.4
